HI, Veronica I'm LeRoy and I live in Maryland U.S. I also have APS and from all that I have seen and read, for APS Coumadin is the Anticoagulent of choice. Bristol-Meyers is the maker of Coumadin, but there is about 10 or 12 different manufacturers of Warfarin. Having all these makers of warfarin, it is IMMPOSIBLE to maintain quality in the product. Jaci, I was talking about those of us that have auto-immune blood disorders. Maybe warfarin is fine for those who do not have an underlying blood disorder, BUT, consistency is needed for those of us who have an auto-immune blood disorder. Even the slightest waver in the make-up of warfarin will cause problems in those of us that have an auto-immune blood disorder. Good luck!
