If you've increased your exercise load, you should probably increase the INR testing frequency for a while. Even if you track the quantity of vitamin K you injest (which I suggest eyeballing), the total quantity of food, and especially the protein you ingest tend to "dilute" your medication. I found it significantly increases the dose (nearing 12mg per day). I exercise about the same amount every week, and keep an eye on the macro-nutrients balance and the total vitamin k of major contributing vegetables, and my INR has been stable for years. It tend to sway when I increase or decrease the weekly training time.
