So My INR is relatively stable, hovering between 2.6 and 2.8 as a result of my mechanical valve.

I don't consider Beef to be part of my regular diet, just something I'd probably like to eat once every few weeks, or once a month. How much of an effect could an 8oz beef steak have on my INR levels? I find conflicting information on whether beef is high in vit K.

Thanks all

Most meat, I believe is "low". Enjoy your steak!

Start with a sm amount of mcg for whatever type of beef you want, then keep it consistent from week to week. I can't understand why there were so many reviews to this but no one left a comment. So sorry about that;)
