I have a clot in the apex of my left ventricle and I need my INR to be between 2.0 and 3.5 but it keeps fluctuating..any advice

Many people have found that taking a vitamin K supplement actually helps stabilise an unstable INR. From what I have read a daily 100-150 mcg dose of vit k can help stabilise INR with little effect on the required warfarin dose.
