Lupus anticoagulant It’s not curable and my blood level today was 1.0 I don’t know what to do I’ve been in the hospital twice if I had to clots is this a disease that will take you off work I drive 1400 miles a week for work and I’m in a car I drive through lotta snow I was just curious how dangerous that is it is it a cause for disability and I’ve worked 47 years and never missed a day.

Hi, sorry to read you have APS, I see your INR range varies depending on the severity between 2.0-4.0, so INR 1.0 is uncoagulated, I'm assuming/hoping your primary care giver has altered your dosage to improve this. I think the disability call would be one your doctor would need to make. Best wishes :-)
