I am 90 years old and have atrial fibrillation which is why I’m on warfarin. I also have an enlarged prostate. I want to drink 16 oz of celery juice each day but I’m not sure how much I can have since I’m on warfarin. The vitamin k issue is very confusing

Hi so using the vitk data base on here I reckon 16oz of celery juice is around 140 mcgs of vit k, the recommended daily vit k intake is around 90-110mcg depending on gender. I would check with whoever manages your INR testing/dosing and advise them of your intentions so they can monitor for any changes, at a guess you may find your dose needs to be increased slightly which isn’t a biggie.
