Normally one of two INR ranges is recommended.

The range indications don’t include Leiden factor V.

Is there a recommendation for the correct range for someone with Leiden factor V - Factor V Heterozygous and Homozygous?

This chart seems to clarify the range-

It would appear of the two ranges only the mechanical mitral valvers require the higher range of 2.5-3.5
I would guess that with your condition if you still had indications of blood clots with a standard range of 2-3 you would be moved to the higher range.
