Hi Mohinder.
I found this which seems to suggest eating it shouldnt be a problem, just dont eat a bucket full in one go-
“Vitamin K Content
A 1/2-cup serving of sliced, cooked okra contains 32 micrograms of vitamin K. This amount supplies about 27 percent of the daily vitamin K intake that the Institute of Medicine's Food and Nutrition Board recommends for adult men over 19 years old.”
Remember your body needs the nutrients from all foods so dont cut vegetables out of your diet just try and keep it balanced. I too have a mechanical heart valve. This site is good source of information for valvers if you search the forums- https://www.valvereplacement.org/whats-new/
