I see a lot of options for boiled and raw broccoli, but none for frozen broccoli microwaved or pan-cooked. Can anyone help me out?

Also - is there a way to find vitamin K levels for veggies by weight rather than by size? What fits in a cup can vary quite a bit, but my scale is pretty accurate.

Cooked veg has a much higher Vit K than raw veg. This I have been led to believe that this is due to the Vit K being protein or membrane bound and cooking releases it.

From what I understand, the reason is simply that you can fit a lot more cooked veggies into a cup or bowl. But I'm wondering why there are no lists for that stuff.

It's based on weight for weight so that negates more volume

But it's not based on weight. Most of the stuff I see is based on measurements like "cups." That's why I made the original post - because I don't understand why they don't all just use weight. But if you weighed food AFTER cooking it and ate the same weight of fresh or cooked veggies I think you'd have the same vitamin k.
